In addition to fillers, which are based on the above described hyaluronic acid, there are also synthetic and biosynthetic injections. Preparations in which the filler is a biopolymer gel or silicone, belong to the genus of synthetic fillers. Containing non-absorbable polylactic acid is classified as biosynthetic fillers, respectively.
Fillers consisting of biodegradable (collagenhaluronic acid) materials , or, in other words, well soluble in human skin, are the safest and most easily digestible, as they are completely decomposed and absorbed over time. Due to fermentation, the fillers are harmlessly eliminated from the body.
The principle of fillers is leveling skin irregularities and wrinkles from the inside. This happens due to the fact that the gel, getting under the skin by the injection method, fills all the empty spaces, gradually and smoothly spreading due to the fact that the consistency of the working substance is quite thick, viscous. Acid by means of fermentation (hyaluronidase) instantly enters into symbiosis with other elements of the body, subsequently, such proteins as collagen and elastin are produced.
How is facial rejuvenation performed by fillers
After hyaluronic gel gets into the subcutaneous cavities, an obligatory massage session of the selected corrected areas should be performed, since the viscous structure of the hyaluronic product requires gradual, measured filling. Such a massage procedure is required not only for mechanically leveling the gel inside the skin, but also to restore the correct blood supply to the vessels, if these were damaged during the insertion of the needle and the acid itself.
Facial rejuvenation is carried out by a cosmetologist. The procedure itself does not take much time, but is accompanied only by pleasant sensations, but there is one case in which the use of rubbing movements in the area filled with collagen is contraindicated.
