Actual data on rehabilitation after plastic surgery in Russia

At present, experts in the market of plastic surgery note that services for the rehabilitation of clients after the operations performed are very poorly developed in Russia.

According to the resource Vseoplastike.ru , previously there were experiments on the provision of special programs for the restoration after plastics: for example, such services were offered by the Krasnodar sanatorium a few years ago.

The sanatorium offered a range of procedures that included methods of balneotherapy, psychotherapeutic and apparatus effects, but the expected demand did not arise and these programs had to be curtailed.

However, not everyone refused such services . For example, one of the sanatoriums in St. Petersburg (“Kivach”) offers a special complex in preparation for the upcoming plastic surgery. By paying about 90 thousand rubles, the client will be helped to achieve a “physiological balance” and “reduce the possible risks of postoperative complications.”

Institutions offering rehabilitation programs before and after grafting are single organizations represented in Russia. Professionals point out that there are very few customers who really need a program of this kind. As a rule, such services are one of the ways to increase the size of an average check per operation in a clinic.
