A recent study from scientists from Mount Auburn (Cambridge, USA) revealed that over time, the asymmetry of the two sides of the face becomes more pronounced , according to Oane.ws.
Scientists have made this conclusion on the basis of visualization of the faces of almost 200 people aged from 4 months to 88 years.
When scanning the exterior, it was found that with age, the lower part of the face (from the nose to the chin) changes more strongly.
The authors of the study believe that their work will allow plastic surgeons to better think through the consequences of their operations.
