Russian scientists suggest replacing silicone and botox with amber
02/14/2017
According to My-surgeon.ru, it became known that plastic surgeons in Kaliningrad seriously dealt with the issue of replacing silicone and Botox with amber. This is due to the fact that amber in its properties is much easier, more stable and cheaper than the currently used silicone and Botox.
Amber does not interact with human organs and tissues, therefore the acid-base reaction in the body's natural environment is not carried out. Thus, no complications from amber in the human body can occur.
The use of amber in prostheses is planned in Kaliningrad . Currently, negotiations are underway with manufacturers that are involved in this area. For the full legal use of amber in plastic surgery, a special base of standards and implants will be developed. The inspection bodies will decide which clinic in Kaliningrad will receive the full right to conduct operations using amber - in the coming years only one institution will be engaged in similar procedures.
