This appeal was sent to the Ministry of Health Vladimir Petrov (deputy from the party "United Russia"), according to the portal News.ru.

In his opinion, these measures should be applied to those people who often fall under the plastic surgeon's knife. The deputy notes that in this case, people most likely need psychological rather than surgical help.

Currently, this treatment is widely discussed both between psychiatrists and between plastic surgeons. While experts have not come to a common opinion.
